Our managed WordPress hosting service is exclusively for Genesis theme users and includes :
- Super fast speeds, caching, content delivery network,
- Dedicated IP address,
- Security hardening and hack-proofing,
- Malware scanning and cleanup
- Automatic backups and restores
- Site fixed and restored if hacked
- WordPress updates
- Plugin vetting
- Plugin updates
The idea is that you do not have to do anything but create your content. As long as you follow our best practices (which we can provide you as either a one-off training or as a Genesis Club member if you choose that route).
The price does not include ongoing support for your site in general. If you take our hosting package you can call upon us to fix general issues or look at problems that may arise that are outside the scope of your standard managed hosting package. These would be billed at our normal rates.
Please note we do not include email hosting. You are expected to run all email through gmail.com or outlook.com or some other dedicated 3rd party email service of your choice.
