What Does The Plugin Do?
It allows you to easily break out of the constraints placed by your Genesis child theme so that you can build stunning landing pages either with a page builder like Beaver Builder, or by hand using HTML and CSS.
Excuse Me – What Is Beaver Builder?
It’s a premium page builder plugin. It’s hugely popular and although it’s not specifically for Genesis, a lot of Genesis people use it. Genesis + Beaver Builder is a great combination.
Why Use Beaver Builder With Genesis?
It gives you the best of both worlds. A great collection of robust WordPress child themes plus an option to use a quality page builder when you need to. Beaver Builder also helps you to create stunning landing pages (sales pages, optin pages, home pages, pricing pages and so on).
As A Genesis User, Do I Need A Page Builder?
Well, that’s up to you! I still think you benefit from learning to work with HTML and CSS, but if you really want to use a page builder, Beaver Builder is the one to go for with Genesis.
Which Version of Beaver Builder Do I Need?
There are several versions available. The free version (called Lite) does not do much. For example it won’t help you to build fancy landing pages and sales pages.
To get the real benefit of Beaver Builder with Genesis, you must get the Standard version. Together with Genesis you can use this to create stunning landing pages and sales pages in a few minutes.
So What Problem Does The New Dambuster Plugin Solve?
The problem with using the Beaver Builder plugin with Genesis is that it requires you to make some code modifications to your site’s theme to make Genesis work with Beaver Builder. The code you have to add can be different for different themes.
If you use our new Genesis Dambuster plugin, this problem goes away and Beaver Builder should work out of the box.
What If Genesis Dambuster Doesn’t Work For Me?
If Genesis Dambuster doesn’t work for and your theme and your theme is a standard StudioPress child theme, you just have to let us know which theme it is and we’ll get that working.
If your Genesis child theme is a 3rd party theme we’ll ask you to buy support to have us add that theme into the mix.
Does Genesis Dambuster Have Any Other Benefits?
Yes! If you’re like me and prefer not to use a page builder very often, if at all, then I can demonstrate how to use simple HTML and CSS plus the Genesis Dambuster plugin to make stunning hand-crafted sales pages or any other landing pages, without an additional page builder plugin.
This means Genesis Dambuster is good for all types of Genesis user.
How Much Will The Plugin Cost?
Nothing. It is free but if you want personal support from us that will be a paid option.
