The plugin is useful if you are using Infusionsoft as your Customer Management and Billing System and want to offer PayPal as a payment mechanism. This may be because people are more willing to buy subscriptions using PayPal than a credit card, or because it saves them foreign exchange charges. You may want to offer PayPal if your merchant account has not yet been approved.
